At Graveos (graveos.com), we are committed to providing high-quality digital solutions, including website design, development, SEO, and marketing services. Due to the nature of digital products and the time-intensive work involved in our services, all payments made to Graveos are non-refundable.

Scope of This Policy:

This no refund policy applies to all services offered, including:

  • Website design and development
  • Digital marketing services (SEO, PPC, SMM, etc.)
  • Graphic design and branding
  • Consultation or strategy sessions
  • Hosting and domain services (if applicable)

Important Notes:

  1. Project Initiation: Once a project has been initiated or work has commenced, no refunds will be issued under any circumstance.
  2. Client Approval: All services include revision cycles as outlined in your service agreement. It is the client’s responsibility to communicate necessary changes within the allowed revision window.
  3. Email Communication & Consent: When users sign up or log in to our website, they may be required to provide personal details such as their name and email address. By creating an account or submitting their details, users acknowledge and agree that we may use their email address to send promotional, marketing, and service-related communications from Graveos. Users can unsubscribe from these communications at any time using the unsubscribe option provided in our emails. Consent is collected through an explicit checkbox on the signup/login form.
  4. Delayed Communication: Failure to provide required content, feedback, or approvals in a timely manner does not qualify as a reason for a refund.
  5. Cancellation: If the client chooses to cancel the service after the agreement has been signed or payment has been made, no refund will be granted.
  6. Digital Product Delivery: For any downloadable digital products or templates, once delivered or accessed, the sale is final and non-refundable.

Exceptions:

We do not offer exceptions unless explicitly agreed upon in writing prior to project initiation. All decisions regarding refunds, if any, will be at the sole discretion of WebCart Web Services.
